Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you use hindurituals.org or book a service from Axonova Technologies (“Hindu Rituals”, “we”, “us”). By making a booking or payment, you agree to them.

1. Our services

  • Pooja bookings: Hindu poojas performed by our pandits, in person in India or online by video call.
  • Festival poojas: poojas performed by our pandits in India on festival dates (for example Navratri, Ekadashi or Diwali), with a sankalp taken in the names of participating families. You do not need to attend. These may be performed as group ceremonies for several families.

2. Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. You will receive a booking or receipt number by email.
  • For individual poojas, our team contacts you to confirm the pandit and final timing. Times are in Indian Standard Time (IST) unless we agree otherwise.
  • Festival pooja dates and timings follow the Hindu calendar (muhurat) and are decided by our pandits.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD). The price shown at the time of payment applies.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees; these are outside our control.
  • Additional items you request (for example extra samagri, travel to distant locations or extra pandits) may be charged separately after we agree them with you.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate details, including the correct spelling of names and gotra. We perform the sankalp with the details you provide.
  • When you share family members’ names, you confirm you are allowed to share them for this purpose.
  • For in-person poojas, provide safe access to the venue at the agreed time.

5. Nature of the service

Poojas are religious and spiritual services performed in accordance with Hindu tradition. We perform them sincerely and as described, but we do not promise any particular result. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

6. Changes by us

We may need to change a date or time because of muhurat, pandit availability, or events beyond our control (such as illness, natural events or government restrictions). We will tell you as early as possible and offer a new time or a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Photos and videos

We may record parts of the pooja to share with you. We will not publish your family’s names or your personal video publicly without your permission. We may use general photos of ceremonies, without your personal details, to describe our services.

8. Delivery of services

We do not ship physical products. Individual poojas are delivered in person or by video call on the agreed date. Festival poojas are performed in India on the dates shown on the booking page, and videos or photos are sent to you on WhatsApp or email after completion.

9. Website content

The text, images and design of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
